Cristi Borcea under treatment of mercury intoxication

It looks like the end of the year is not quite favorable for Dinamo's Cristi Borcea who intoxicated himself with mercury. The doctors from a Miami clinic detected a high dose of mercury in Borcea's blood. The reason of poisoning falls over exagerated consumtion of fish and sea fruits. It is not the first time when Cristi Borcea is found a high level of mercury, the same result was issued when he had a routine check at a Bucharest clinic.

Video: Serban Huidu ski accident in Innsbruck Austria

Romanian TV showman Serban Huidu was induced an artificial coma after he underwent a skiing accident in the Austrian Mountains near Innsbruck , the Austrian media said. Huidu overpassed the edge of the ski slope after avoiding some kids and plunged 10 meters down into the wwods.
Following the accident Huidu was rescued with the help of a helicopter and a 40 meter rope and taken to the hospital. After initial critical condition Serban Huidu started to recover and the medics decided not to operate him.

Video: Chupacabra shot dead in Lebanon Junction, Kentucky

It looks like another mythical chupacabra was hunted and killed. The legendary creature which in spanish means goat sucker was discovered this time in Lebanon Junction, Kentucky where Mark Cothren the owner of a property shot it down when trying to move from woods to the guy's front yard. Cothren describes the so-called chupacabra as haireless, grayish, having large ears, long tail and the size of a domestic cat. Chupacabra which captured the attention of the people since long time ago was considered to be raccoons or coyotes having mange disease and several carcasses can be found at Lost World Museum, Phoenix.

Dutch arrests on terror plot in Rotterdam

Nederlamd police have arrested 12 somali men thought to carry out terrorist attack, authorities said Saturday.
No weapons or explosives were found on suspects at the moment. They remained in police custody.
"The attack was said to be imminent so the national police started an investigation which led to the arrest of 12 Somalis later on Friday in Rotterdam," de Bruin said. "We are not sure about what the target was, how they were going to carry out the attack or when."

Romanian electrician flies from parliament balcony

Romania's government passed a no-confidence motion in Parliament last Thursday but the session was overshadowed by a Adrian Sobaru, a romanian television electrician, who threw himself from the chamber's balcony, apparently in protest over the government austerity measures. His wouds were not life-threatening.
A loud thud was heard in the room after the man, leaped from a height of about 8 meters. He struck the benches right at the time while Prime Minister Emil Boc was saluting the lawmakers.
The prime minister and some lawmakers rushed over to Sobaru, before Speaker Mircea Geoana shortly postponed the session.
Boc considered the gesture "a tragedy that shocked me," and called for calm "in these rough times."
The session debates continued without the presence of opposition lawmakers, who left after their request to reschedule the motion was not agreed.

Lisa Vanderpump in bloody Beverly Hills attack

Lisa Vanderpump experience an unpleasant situation at Polo Lounge at The Beverly Hills Hotel. She was with her husband and a good friend Robert Kovacik, a reporter for NBC affiliate in L.A., when a drunken man harrased them, rushed to them, and then punched Kovacik in the face.
The cops were called but Robert got a seriously broken lip and had to spend time at a plastic surgeon. In the end it looks like the NBC reporter pressed charges.

The police sources said that the incident happened Monday morning when Osbourne's Ferrari hit the backside of a Mercedes before entering an Los Angeles freeway. Russia to host the 2018 World Cup. Qatar follows in 2022.

Russia and Qatar have been appointed as the hosts of the 2018 and 2022 World Cup football finals by the governing body FIFA. Russia won against bids from England and joint Spain-Portugal and Netherlands-Belgium whereas Qatar obtained the hosting rights ahead of USA, Japan, Australia and South Korea. The awarding ceremony which was held in Zurich, represented the first successful bids from Eastern-Europe and Middle East.
