Leonardo Di Caprio harassed by romanian woman

The actor Leonardo DiCaprio obtained a restraining order against Livia Bistriceanu, 41, a romanian woman living in Chicago. Bistriceanu claims that DiCaprio is her husband and the father of her child Iisus. The judge of the Superior Court Carol Boas Goodson granted the order on Wednesday against the woman who is supposed to keep at least 91.44 meters (100 yards) away from DiCaprio. "Giving this obsessive and harassing behaviour I am frightened of Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me, is in jeopardy" said Academy Award-Nominated actor in a statement addressed to the Los Angeles Superior Court. The same statement contains declarations from the actor and his security team revealing that the woman had two trips to Los Angeles trying to get in contact with DiCaprio at his home and business office. She behaved aggresively and did not want to leave the properties. Moreover Leonardo DiCaprio mentioned that he never met Bistriceanu before but she sent him several hand-written letters, one of them starting with the greeting "My Dear husband Leo" and in another one she writes: "Do you wanna be with me in real and be the father of Jesus? I explained you that I can not be with someone virtual. I must have a real father for Jesus". According to medical records, Livia Bistriceanu had two psichological examinations previously and her father Ilie said that she spends most of the time on the internet. Leonardo DiCaprio, 35, has a relationship with the top model Bar Rafaeli. He recognized that is not sure if he will ever get married because of seeing too many marriages breaking apart.
