Discovery Channel hostage taker killed by police

Discovery Channel network was involved in a hostage situation which looked like being related to its programming schedule. James Lee, the gunmen who rushed into the Maryland headquater and took three male hostages was shot and killed by the police. The hostages are unharmed, a Montgomery County police official said.
James Lee, a Californian individual, managed the website savetheplanetprotest.com and claimed 11 programming demands to the Discovery Channel in what appeared to be his "ideas to save the planet". Lee was referring to the humans as something "filth" and asked Discovery TV channel to stop encouraging the birth of any more parasitic human infants. He also said in an online screed that "Humans are the most destructive, filthy, pollutive creatures around and are wrecking what's left of the planet with their false morals and breeding culture". Many of gunman's comments were pointed to "the media" saying " You can reach enough people. It is your responsability because you can reach so many minds!!!"
Lee entered Discovery building's main entrance with metallic canister devices attached to his front and back. He was waving also a handgun. The police was called around 1 p.m and most of the 1900 employees were evacuated but a few just remained on the upper floors. Before being shot dead, the hostage suspect was in discussions with the authorities.
